How warranty service works:
Warranty period The warranty term is indicated in the product description or invoice – typically 12, 24, or 36 months.
Report a defect If you notice an issue, contact us at info@proksis.eu or call +370 6 777 222 8. Please provide the product name, purchase date, and issue description.
Where to send for repair Depending on the product, repairs are carried out: – At Proksis, UAB service center: Panerių g. 51-327, Vilnius – At authorized manufacturer service centers, such as: – SERVISA ICT – ACME Europe – Elko Tech, and others, depending on brand policy
Repair process Repairs are performed within the timeframe set by the manufacturer. If the item cannot be repaired, it may be replaced or refunded.
Non-warranty cases Damage caused by physical force, liquids, improper use, or unauthorized repairs is not covered. We offer paid repair services in such cases.
